Organization Profile
President & CEO of the Greenville Area Development Corporation in July 2024, Max has brought new energy to the GADC’s core mission of improving the quality of life for Greenville County citizens through investment and job growth from new and existing companies. Under Max’s leadership, the GADC focuses on data-driven decision-making and developing the ecosystems needed to attract targeted industry sectors such as corporate headquarters, research and development, and life science companies. Max embraces open communication and transparency with stakeholders and the community at large by actively engaging and participating with various civic and business-minded organizations and leaders in the Greenville community.
The Greenville Area Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2001 by Greenville County Council. We are a leader in economic development for Greenville County, providing support and resources to businesses of all sizes and helping to create a vibrant and thriving business community. We act as a liaison between the business community and local government and work closely with government officials and agencies to ensure that the needs and concerns of businesses are heard and addressed. The targeted industry sectors for Greenville County are: life sciences, mobility, aerospace and defense, professional and technical services, and advanced manufacturing.
