Organization Profile

ETBO is a vertically integrated company located in Aylmer, Ontario.
• Engineering & Design: 20+ engineers, programmers, and automation team members, designing tooling & automation cells.
• Tooling: Building 200+ tools annually. 100% in-house wire cutting, milling, grinding, assembly, die trials, and service.
• Stamping: Presses: 30-2200 tons. Bed sizes up to 96″ x 240″. Capacity: 100,000,000 parts per year.
• Subassembly: ETBO operates robotic spot-welding, MIG-welding, and nut-welding cells, at 0 PPM. These cells are designed in a manner that enables rapid launches for takeover business.
• Washing: Automated part-wash systems achieve a cleanliness of 38 dynes. In addition to wash systems, ETBOs’ clean room capabilities provide a contaminant-free zone for parts with such requirements.
• High-Precision Machining: Accurate to 2.5 microns with machine sizes up to 73″x157″.
• Quality & Certifications: Quality lab equipped with DCC CMMs, profilometer, DCC Leica microscope, laser surface scanner, 3D laser measurement arm, 2D laser scanner, and an optical comparator. Quality certification of ISO 9001, and shortly, IATF 16949 certified.
• Prototyping: Laser cutting 2″ thick, CNC benders, Cobot welders, and high-speed 3D printers.
