Lexington County Economic Development serves as the lead economic development organization for Lexington County, South Carolina, working to attract new investment, support the growth of existing industries, and create quality employment opportunities for residents. Located within the Columbia Metropolitan Area, Lexington County offers a strategic Southeast location with direct access to Interstate 20, Interstate 26, Interstate 77, Columbia Metropolitan Airport, and the Port of Charleston.

As one of South Carolina’s fastest-growing counties, Lexington County provides a business-friendly environment supported by a skilled workforce, competitive operating costs, robust utility infrastructure, and a diverse economy.
