Custom Steel Supply is backed by over two decades of manufacturing experience through a family ownership group who also owns, Essex Weld Solutions & Motor City Racks — industry leaders in automotive racking with operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Since 2001, our group has proudly served every major North American automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier with custom-engineered racking solutions.

In 2021, Custom Steel Supply was founded to expand beyond the automotive sector. We began with the purchase of a tube mill and a 24k Trumpf flat laser, launching a new business focused on tubing supply and high-precision metal fabrication. What started as an extension of our expertise has quickly grown into a full-service fabrication company serving industries ranging from data centers and power generation to construction and infrastructure.
