Meeting Objectives

Primary Objectives
1. Establish LIDD as a Trusted Supply Chain Partner – Position LIDD as a neutral, vendor‑independent advisor with deep experience supporting companies operating across Canada–U.S. supply chain corridors, particularly within manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment environments.
Demonstrate LIDD’s ability to support cross‑border growth by aligning supply chain strategy, operations, and technology with business objectives.

2. Identify Companies with Immediate or Near‑Term Needs – Use B2B meetings to quickly assess whether participating companies: Operate, or plan to operate, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment activities in Canada and/or the Southeast U.S. are facing challenges related to:
A- Network design, footprint optimization, or expansion
B- Warehouse capacity, modernization, or automation
C- Labor availability, productivity, and resilience
D- Technology selection and integration (WMS, WCS, WES, BI, AI)
The goal is to determine strategic fit, urgency, and decision timelines.

3. Position Meetings as Advisory, Not Transactional
Conduct meetings as exploratory discovery discussions, focused on: Understanding growth strategy and investment drivers, identifying operational blind spots or upcoming decision points, sharing relevant benchmarks and lessons learned from comparable engagements
This reinforces LIDD’s role as a long‑term advisor, not a sales‑driven consultant.

4. Reinforce LIDD’s Differentiation – Consistently highlight LIDD’s unique value:
A- Independent, vendor‑neutral advice
B- Deep operational and engineering expertise
C- End‑to‑end support from strategy through implementation
D- Established presence and delivery capability in both Canada and the U.S.

Key Outcome
LIDD is recognized as a trusted, long‑term supply chain partner capable of guiding complex, cross‑border supply chain decisions and executing them successfully, rather than as a transactional or single‑project consultant.
